Booking Requirements

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • All credit/debit cards will be charged in full upon booking to ensure your reservation is confirmed.
  • Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book a room or RV site.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 5% service fee of the total reservation amount.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund minus a 5% service fee of the total reservation amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are issued for early check-outs.

Check In & Check Out

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM (CST)
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM (CST)
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior approval from your hosts.


We offer contactless check-in for your convenience and peace of mind. Each room is equipped with a keypad lock—you’ll receive your unique access code via text or email on the day of your arrival.

Parking

Parking is available on-site for all guests. Space for boats/trailers is available, however, it is important to note:

  • Parking is first come, first serve when the motel is at full capacity.
  • We do our best to accommodate everyone, but space may be limited during peak times.

WiFi

We’re happy to provide complimentary Wi-Fi to our guests. Stay connected during your stay—whether you're checking the weather, streaming your favorite show, or planning your next adventure. 

Vending, Ice, & Breakfast

Please note that we do not have vending machines, ice machines, or breakfast service on-site. However, the town of Burwell is just a few miles away, offering local dining options, grocery stores, gas stations, and more. 

We recommend stocking up on any essentials in town before arriving, especially if you're planning a longer stay or heading out to the lake. 

Pets

Pets are allowed in motel rooms for an additional charge of $50 per night. If a pet causes any damage to the property, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to cover repair or cleaning costs.
